How Do I Access My Personalised Online Exam Timetable?

Using the MyMMU TIMETABLE icon you can see your exams in two ways:

  1. As a complete exam timetable - Just select the exam timetable icon on your course timetable page.
  2. As events integrated into your course timetable - Just scroll to the relevant week. (This option is also available from the MyMMU mobile app).

If you have a Personal Learning Plan, your individual exam timetable contains details of additional arrangements in place for all your exams.

Seating Plans

All students will be assigned a seat number for each examination.

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to identify your seat number. Ensure you are ready to enter the Examination Room 15 minutes before the exam is due to start.

Registration Cards

  • You MUST bring your registration card with you to the examination.
  • You will be required to leave this on your desk throughout the exam.
  • It is essential that invigilators check the cards to confirm your attendance.

Misplaced/Lost Registration Cards

If you have misplaced your card, you can obtain a replacement from the Student Hub.

General Exam Information

  • Please do not bring valuables to the examination room, you will be asked to leave your bag and coat at the side or back of the room, and this will reduce the risk of items going missing.
  • You will not be allowed pencil cases and/or glasses cases on your desk during the examination. Items such as these will be taken from you and returned at the end of the examination.
  • If you are required to bring a calculator to the exam, please ensure that you do so. We have a limited supply and will be unable to provide everyone with a spare one. You will not be allowed to use the calculator on your mobile phone.
  • Programmable calculators are not allowed in any examinations.
  • Dictionaries, electronic or otherwise are not allowed in any examinations.
  • Mobile phones are not allowed in any examinations.

You will be required to wait outside the exam venue until just before the examination begins.

Please ensure you have suitable clothing in case of adverse weather.
