For a resume of this session, please visit our event review.

Happy people are productive people. This interactive (and fun) session helps to explain how highly motivated employees often find their motivation from working in a fun workplace and what we can do to try and make work more enjoyable.

Using examples from different workplaces, we will also consider the challenge of when jokes and pranks might cross the line into becoming an irritant. Or worse, when they may be regarded as a form of bullying. We will discuss the best ways to ensure that fun at work remains a positive force for everyone!

The session uses a little imagination, enthusiasm and humour to help you inject fun activities into your work life and build a positive and productive workplace.
