THREE MMU Business School doctoral students have been awarded fellowships for one year by the Northern Leadership Academy.
Nicole Baptiste, Alex Kofinas and Robert Lee, each received an NLA Fellowship worth £2,000.
Nicole's paper focussed on 'Line Management Leadership: Implications for Employee Well-Being At Work', and was based on an aspect of her PhD research.
Alex Kofinas’s paper ‘The Aesthetic Imperative in Innovation and Leadership’ looks at the aesthetic motivation as an important component of innovation.
Robert Lee is in the final year of his PhD and is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
The NLA supports new research capability in leadership studies in Northern universities.
