We are recognised by various outside professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Chartered Institute of Marketing and by both the major Accountancy bodies, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). The School was given an excellent 23/24 by the Quality Assurance Agency in its last assessment for its teaching and we are recognised as meeting national standards of excellence

We offer a mix of 4 year sandwich and 3 year full-time degrees. For sandwich programmes, placement is the key feature of student experience and we have an active and successful placement support operation. Our graduates get better jobs precisely because of this general business experience. The full-time degrees have a specific professional or academic focus to suit students who wish to specialise from the start.

Business School courses are structured to link the best common themes such as Business Skills, Finance and Business Environment, as well as offering unique, focussed study such as Information Technology, Marketing, Retailing, Accountancy, to produce well rounded business graduates.
